New single core LENR reactor kit concept drawings.
By Dale G. Basgall | July 17, 2012 at 04:45 AM EDT | No Comments

I have published the pics on this page that have been generated from Lui's single core experimenter concepts.

The two powerpoints are the first two published that detail assembly.

Use the boardserver, blog, or e-mail me any comments regarding issues not disclosed or vague. The pics below with the kit content list are there for a hard copy print.

Regarding Lui's Single Core Concept.
By Dale G. Basgall | June 09, 2012 at 05:13 AM EDT | No Comments

The core appears to be two parts or elements making one assembly, a chamber for solid fuel with the ability to withstand a specific maximum burst pressure (comment from Lui needed) structurally and in addition have a seperate piece of stainless steel retaining the glow plug which is also used to seal "the chamber" made out of copper. This is a 2 peice configuration of unlike metal which would need to be sealed together threadibly. Comment appreciated from Lui in regards to solid copper billet and omit the stainless steel.

It also appears these cores are placed within a holding framework "like a skeleton frame" in a bath of water, does this container that is designated as copper in the power point also need to hold pressure?

The tray, is it sealed and bi directional flow?

LENR Observations

Friday, June 08, 2012

1:01 AM

An overview of observations that were heard or seen weather or not factual nor conclusive have crossed paths during the past year of LENR. These can be noted now along a path to design a reactor equivalent to the technology involved.

Heat transfer from the reaction chamber through the copper tube and into the supporting framework of the reactor support needs to be controlled as to allow heat to build up within the  (fuel) reaction chamber and or released swiftly, and allowed to flow into a directed specific area at any given time with an unlimited sliding scale of reference as to direction and speed of thermal heat energy encompassed within the reactor assembly.

Within our reactor there are three bands of cooling, the inner, outer, and mid bands which are polar arrays of ports with individual control for coolant (fluid) flow. When a chamber is running hot the three bands are separately controllable, as far as cooling fluid volume and can regulate singularly each direction the heat needs to transfer from or held into the source fuel chamber while in operation.

Hydrogen loading seems to be another variable factor toward efficiency of the LENR reaction and a need for pulsating the hydrogen, like a wave providing pneumatic physics in conjunction with thermal transfer. The wave exerts it's potential force onto the outer circumference of a fuel used and my preference is the ISOTAN 44 (Ni + Cu + Mn) of which I believe that was used by all successful LENR experimenters at this time. To much variable exists with the mixing of the powders and it seems that was meant to slow everyone else down attempting to promote LENR research, keep them busy with all the obstacles and that's a good reason for making the statements that if the reactor is torn apart it self destructs. They should have re worded it to be more technically correct. "If you tear the reactor apart the fuel rods disappear and no matter how hard you try to make the reaction work the fuel needs to be replaced and the fuel is essentially the reactor. Like purchasing a car with only one tank of gas and then after that's done gone the car becomes useless unless someone else supplies you with fuel.

Our reactor has the capability to maintain 10,000psi hydrogen pressure and pulsate it during the reaction process through a simple pre cup orifice chamber used commonly with gas/solid fuel reactions. This process also allows a pre heating of the hydrogen and directly dependent on the dimension, orifice size, and the area within the pre cup chamber. It is concluded that the higher the hydrogen loading pressure the more depth of penetration into the nano skeleton matrixes that have been grown onto the outer circumference of the ISOTAN 44 fuel rods. Obvious with the fuel rods contemplated is a consistency in exact percentages of elements used and that means to grow the nano structures is simply a current induced for a specific amount of time and a standard set for starting experiments.

Also the fuel wires used for the Celani et al. experiments were of nano size and the resistance nominally is around 1500

LENR today and elements needed for an observable reaction.

Based on observations of an experienced mechanic, inventor and mechanical draftsman myself. I have determined for myself what may promote and enhance the observed reactions of the LENR process.

Consistant is the need for Nickel (Ni nano powder or solid wire), and to a mechanic as myself it would be desireable to use the Ni solid wire.

Questionable is the percentages and the exact type of "other" powder or solid wire that may be required to enhance and promote a reliable reproducable reaction causing some type of by product power as an end consumer item product.

Consistant is the claim of a matrix evidenced to enhance a reaction that is processed onto the outer surface of the powder mixtures or solid wire.

Constant has been the claim that compressed hydrogen is needed and some claims support a pulsating hydrogen supply enhances the reactions.

Constant is the claim that a hollow copper tube is the best for now fuel chamber or "reflector chamber". This chamber must be sealed to hold hydrogen in a heated environment.

NOTE: At this point there are several constants on claims to cause a reaction of the Ni and compressed hydrogen gas. A hollow copper tube, a means to seal tightly and form a container for nickel powder or solid wire while under pressure and heat, and a means to dispence the heat generated within and on the sealed container.

The variables are processed Ni fuel matrix structures on the surface of the Ni, experimentation will need to include a method to photograph and document multiple surface structures used and results recorded. The actual pressure of hydrogen gas confined within the hollow copper reflector chamber needs to be documented and recorded. The heat on the nano wire induced by electrical current through it's structure needs to be documented and recorded along with the voltages and current needed to sustain the reactions. The heat temperature induced onto the hollow reflector chamber and voltages and current used to maintain reactions from either the nano powder used or the solid wire.

Moving forward on the product Dolphin 5 for development.
By Dale G. Basgall | April 15, 2012 at 02:25 PM EDT | No Comments

It has been 5 days since the product Dolphin 5 drawings and patent paperwork has been sent in. There has been no feedback via web or e-mail from anyone on our team to date so there is some obviousness pointing to lack of interest, or there is no interest by anyone but myself for this product.

The product Dolphin 5 product consumed 150 hours of drawing with 52 autocad useable concept drawings, 48 hours of writing the patenting text, and time in concept design. There has been 250+ hours spent by me just on the design and paperwork.

I will act within several days from now regarding where I am headed with this product should no one comment or show interest on this restricted page of deighta.com towards the product dolphin 5 as disclosed.

Provisional Patent Application has been published for Dolphin 5
By Dale G. Basgall | April 10, 2012 at 10:35 AM EDT | No Comments

The Provisional Patent Application has been sent in to John R. Flanagan, the drawings have been approved, but until his response on the review of the application for Dolphin 5 in text I will wait to further proceed.

For us the 5 Group, we will need to proceed with a patent pending product, knowing what we develop will be substantial in monitary return.

First of all the Rossi, Defkalion, et all claims result in heated water, however the water is critical to the function and not an intended consumer product by choice. The fact is that the LENR devices claimed all "need" coolant for a hot piece of metal. Very difficult to justify wasting time writing a patent knowing it will be rejected anyway. Dolphin 5 is a prime example of a real time and futuristic product combined into a form that will be patentable as an article of manufacture.

The text written within the Provisional Patent Application for the Fluid Heater (FH) of the present product Dolphin 5 should allow one to contemplate many concepts however none as efficient as the present design disclosed.
