The reactor design below encorporates the usage of Stainless Steel (316L or better), copper tube, and materials that will enable a human experimenting with the process to make a hot cup of coffee or tea and be able to consume the water as a drink. This is without the usage of LENR fuel in the first stage of assembly and when used as an educational tool when studying thermodynamics.
Otherwise other materials could be used to substitute expensive raw materials to manufacture a less expensive version of this Universal Reactor without departing from the scope and application of this LENR Reactor Design.
NO QUESTIONING THE TECHNOLOGY!
My entire involvement on this project and getting involved with several others (4) attempting to promote LENR technology, has been seeded by simply the desire to first communicate knowledge to the interested individuals that want to make an invention but have not got the experience yet to develop it into an income for themselves and also to exhibit how important a patent is to obtain.
Secondly for my continued involvement was more directed to show others how important a patent application is, and that no matter how valuable the art may seem to be, all boils down to your paperwork and tracking and that's what makes the difference between an inventor and someone with a good product idea.
Inventors design and publish information like this simply to allow others that are interested to try out the design or to improve on it. The Patent Application is an agreement that allows every individual that want's to use the device to read the detailed instructions on how to make one and the best way to use the device invention. What a person should not do is to copy and manufacture and offer for sale the exact same device as specified in the Specifications of the Patent Application.
Also there is a need to communicate that an inventor intends to apply for a U.S. patent and if his design is accepted by someone wanting to experiment with LENR technology or simply making a thermodynamic's learning tool, then the individuals know for sure there may be a patent issued at some point and the risk of manufacturing and offering for sale a product the general public has been informed that a U.S. Patent will be applied for allows the inventor to collect trebile damages in a patent infringement suit because technically it becomes a "willful and malicious" suit and then the inventor usually names a figure based on punative damages also, naming a price in federal court only "if" the patent issues on all of the claims applied for. So feel free to disect and comment, also for those individuals building LENR devices today evaluate the design.
The critically important part for me to invent and design within the scope of this artform LENR the last eight months, is to promote my creativity in design for the mechanical section of the technology LENR. I had to remove any doubt at all that the technology would be made to work in the future, and the non obviousness of the design would be that; it could be used effectively with or without the LENR fuel. Thus I am not wasting any time or energy on something not useful to exhibit to others.
BASIC ELEMENTS TO EXPERIMENT WITH THE LENR TECHNOLOGY.
